How long does setup take?
Most customers are live within 24 hours. We schedule a 30-minute onboarding call, load your pricing data, connect your email, and configure your agents. You're up and running by end of day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If the agents aren't saving you time and money, you shouldn't be paying for them.
What if the bot makes a mistake on an estimate?
Every estimate goes through your approval queue before it's sent. You review the numbers, adjust anything that looks off, and approve or reject. The bot learns from your corrections and gets more accurate over time. Nothing goes to a GC without your sign-off.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted, isolated per tenant, and never shared with other customers or used to train AI models. Each customer gets their own database, their own agents, and their own Drive folder. We can't see your pricing data or your bids.
