Coppice is an AI-native back office for ambitious operators, with a primary focus on construction estimating. We unify inboxes, files, meetings, plans, takeoffs, and approvals that used to live in separate tools, so every team gets one tenant, one set of agents, one source of truth.
Estimators lose hours stitching context together.
Subcontractors generate a lot of signal, but it is fragmented: bid invites, plans, emails, drive folders, spreadsheets, and SaaS dashboards rarely sit in one place. The hours that should price the next job get spent reconciling the last one.
We are building Coppice so the work that used to require five tools and three people, RFP intake, plan takeoff, proposal generation, and follow-up, now happens inside one tenant, with humans approving every outbound move.
