Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in on the iOS app
The app routes your sign-in to the right workspace based on your email domain. If you use a generic domain (gmail, icloud, etc.) and are getting routed to the wrong workspace, email support and we will confirm your tenant and get you in.
How do I reset my password?
Tap Forgot? on the sign-in screen, enter your email, and we will send a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam if it does not arrive. The link expires after one hour.
The app is asking for permissions — what does each one do?
Camera is for capturing photos you attach to tasks. Microphone is for voice notes and meeting audio you record. Photos is for picking existing images to attach. Location is for Property Scout and on-site job reports only. Face ID is for quick unlock of your workspace. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can I use Coppice on multiple devices?
Yes. The same account works on iOS, macOS (desktop app), and any browser. Your data, agents, and settings sync in real time across every device.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@coppice.ai with the subject line "Delete my account" from your registered email. We will confirm, delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, and send a confirmation once complete.
Is my business data used to train AI models?
No. Your content is processed by AI providers (Anthropic and others) solely to serve your requests. It is never used to train third-party models. See the Privacy Policy, section 3, for the full data-sharing policy.
I found a security issue
Please report it to security@coppice.ai. We respond within one business day and credit responsible reporters in our release notes.
Status & availability
Coppice runs 24/7 with monitoring on every workspace backend. If the platform is experiencing an incident, we post updates on our status page and email affected workspaces directly.
